LexisNexis has reported resolving the issue. DocuSign is continuing to monitor.

Identified

Some clients are reporting issues with DocuSign's LexisNexis Authentication service. DocuSign has acknowledged an issue on LexisNexis' end with that vendor acknowledgement as well.
