We've pushed a change thru on our shared Production servers. You can now retrieve the Counselor List and PDFs will attach to the application as expected.
Please note that if you use a zip code that is not in the CFPB database, you may still get a 404 error.
For Offsite clients, please contact support with a few days and times that we can schedule a redeploy to your server.

We've reached out to the CFBP directly and they have discontinued the page that we have linked to since 2018 with no notification provided to us about this change. We are looking at this internally to see how quickly we can update our end to reflect the new location of the data.
Users are reporting issues when trying to generate the Counselor List. Users are reporting receiving the following error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
We are looking into this.
