Xactus and MeridianLink will be performing system maintenance on the MCL platform Saturday night, August 15th, 2026, starting at 8:30pm Eastern/5:30pm Pacific to complete the transition to XedaLink systems. We anticipate the maintenance window lasting 12-14 hours. Once completed, the system will be brought back up as XedaLink on Sunday morning, August 16th, 2026.
During this maintenance window – Saturday night through Sunday morning – the system will be unavailable. We ask that CRAs and their clients refrain from submitting requests until the maintenance is complete. Any requests submitted during the maintenance window will be unavailable and will need to be reordered after maintenance is complete.
Scope of Impact: Impact is limited to Credit Reporting Agencies (CRAs) using Mortgage Credit Link (MCL), MeridianLink OpenClose, MeridianLink TazWorks, and MeridianLink CreditAPI only.
System Availability: MCL will be fully offline during the maintenance window while systems are migrated to XedaLink. All credit and verification requests will be unavailable until service is fully restored.
Other Services: No other MeridianLink products or consumer-facing applications will be affected.
Visit the XedaLink Status Page to verify when normal operation resumes. CRAs will also receive a bulletin from Xactus confirming that the platform is back up and operational.
Xactus has been in close contact with the bureaus, the GSEs, and third party vendors about this maintenance schedule, and will continue to communicate with them.
