Development has identified the issue and will be deploying a hot fix tonight 10/20/26 to resolve the submission delays.

Investigating

MeridianLink is aware that in some cases loans created in Mortgage Access are not submitting immediately to Mortgage LOS or OpenClose LOS. This is impacting only some clients. If your loan is shown as "submitted" in Mortgage Access but you are not finding the loan in the LOS, please allow a few hours for the loan to appear. We are currently working on resolving this temporary issue.
