MeridianLink has resolved the OpenClose pricing issue and users are able to price loans as normal.

MeridianLink has resolved the OpenClose pricing issue and users should be able to price loans as normal. This also impacted pricing in Mortgage Access POS and pricing on ConsumerAssist Web and now those pricing pages should be functioning normally. We are monitoring the situation. Please report any errors to the OpenClose support team.

MeridianLink is aware that OpenClose users are receiving Unknown Error when pricing loans. It appears that this intermittent issue is somewhat improved and users are receiving errors less often. We have identified the cause of the issue and are working towards a resolution. We will update you as soon as we have more information.

MeridianLink is aware that OpenClose users are receiving Unknown Error when pricing loans, but some users are able to price loans. The results vary, the issue appears to be intermittent. This issue is being actively worked on by the IT team. We will update you as soon as we have more information.
