Engage Web Application, PURLs, and Home Banking API
We want to let you know that we will be performing scheduled system maintenance to improve performance and reliability across key Engage services. During this window, several components will be temporarily unavailable.
🔧 Maintenance Window Date: 2/21 Time: 6am-645am EST Duration: 45 minutes Environment: Production
🔒 Systems Impacted During the maintenance window, the following services will be unavailable:
Engage Web Application Clients and internal users will not be able to log in.
PURLs (Personalized URLs) All active PURLs will be inaccessible. Members attempting to access their personalized offers will receive an error message.
Home Banking API The home banking API will be down. Any calls made to the API will receive an error response.
📌 What You Need to Know All scheduled Engage processes will resume automatically once maintenance concludes. No action is required from your team. There is no impact to stored data; no data loss is expected. If your institution sends communications with PURL links, we recommend avoiding sends during this window.
✅ After Maintenance All services will automatically come back online. If you experience any unexpected behavior once maintenance is complete, please contact your MeridianLink representative or Support.
