The MeridianLink Knowledge Base will be undergoing scheduled maintenance by our 3rd party provider on Sunday, October 27th, 12:00-3:00 AM PT. During this time, users accessing the Knowledge Base will be presented with an error message stating the page cannot load, and no articles will appear from Knowledge Base searches originating from the Support Portal.
No other MeridianLink products and platforms will be affected by this maintenance.
