A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Once client has confirmed they are now able to submit their loan file to DU.

The issue has been identified. We are disabling the DU update so the DU requests can succeed.

Multiple clients are reporting an error preventing them from submitting to DU. Our technical teams are investigating this issue. We will provide another update around 8:30 AM PST.
